22 June 2009. A restaurant called the Heart Attack Grill serves up Bypass Burgers and lard-cooked Flatliner Fries in meals of up to 8,000 calories. Its waitresses dress as sexy nurses, customers are called patients and their orders are prescriptions. Anyone finishing off the infamous 2lb Quadruple Bypass Burger — which is made up of four burgers, even gets pushed out of the eaterie in a wheelchair. Founder Dr Jon, who admits he is not a real doctor, was once arrested for trying to turn a fire hose on a group of protesting nurses.
