Art Toast

4 June 2009. Artist and designer Ximena Escobar has produced a range of delicate creations that look far too good to eat – made from toast ! Her mouthwatering work combines her love of traditional food with her background of working in textiles. Using slices of bread which have been dried to stop them every getting mouldy or rotting away, her pieces are meant to be looked at an d admired, not put out o the breakfast table.
